Ingredients
- 4-5 medium-sized apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 cup old-fashioned oats (gluten-free if needed)

Recipe
1. Preheat your wood-fired oven to around 375°F (190°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, toss the sliced apples with lemon juice, granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and ground nutmeg until well coated. Transfer the apple mixture to a greased baking dish.
3. In another mixing bowl, combine the old-fashioned oats, almond flour, brown sugar, softened vegan butter, and a pinch of salt. Use your fingers or a fork to mix until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
4. Spread the oat mixture evenly over the apples in the baking dish, covering them completely.
5. Place the baking dish in the preheated wood-fired oven and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the topping is golden brown and the apples are tender.
