Ingredients
- 400g carrots
- 25g honey
- 50g butter
- Handful chopped Parsley
Method
- Prepare your wood fired oven to 200°C.
- Trim your carrots, add them into your cast iron pan with honey, butter and 75ml water.
- Bake in your oven for 35 mins or until tender and sticky.
- Finish with chopped parsley
TIP: These can also be made using your cast iron pan in your kitchen oven!
